At Ausen Performance, we strive to provide high-quality automotive products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. RETURNS

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for returns.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order parts.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Electronic components (such as lighting, sensors, and control modules).

  • Any item that has been installed or shows signs of wear.

1.3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at ausenperformance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

1.4. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for certain returns.

  • The fee is waived if the return is due to a mistake on our end.

2. REFUNDS

2.1. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

2.2. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is returned after the allowed time frame.

3. EXCHANGES

3.1. Exchange Eligibility

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by shipping carrier upon arrival.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at ausenperformance@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

4.1. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

5. CANCELLATIONS

5.1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders do not qualify for refund after purchase, unless otherwise determined by Ausen’s team. 

  • If an order has already shipped, it must be returned following our return process.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
